Alright, here's how it all started. When I was a kid I had 4 dreams of careers I desired to have when I got older - to become a (very muscular) world-class violinist, a marathon runner, a physical therapist... and lastly, a baker. Being 9 years old and using cake mixes to impress my family made me quite cocky. I claimed for years that I'd never want to be a baker first in my lineup of careers, because it was "too easy".
Yeah.
I'm eating my words, I know.
But when an unplanned little bun pops up in the oven, you don't have time to learn sheet music or go to college for a few years. So I'm being a baker first, to support my baby Maria and to set up a good business that she may want to inherit someday. And I appreciate every penny that is given in exchange for these sweets. I promise that I put my full effort into making each dessert an experience that will make lovely memories for you and your families, as you support mine.
